Wow I wish I had of done this a year ago when I joined the gym but in the last year I've sat down and properly recalculated my macros and set up a training program and its been 5 days and I'm already seeing results ! I was a bit sceptical at first because I wish crash dieting at about 1200 but now I'm able to eat so much and have so much energy to do so much more chit in the gym !
