I was just checking on my account to see my ban status and i noticed that someone logged in 1 minute ago. Also I clicked on a link as I was navigating throughout the site and it asked me to accept the code of conduct again before it let me load the next page. Maybe they are finally getting to peoples tickets but I have not received any information yet.
edit: My ticket has been approved.

The customer support team will be sending out responses for approved appeals.
However, note that they're not actually converting permanent bans to 72-hour suspensions. Instead, for this case, they'll wait until 72 hours have passed and then lift the ban.
you'll be able to play in 42 hours
