WAY too much Creatine. 5g a day is all you need.

    Does nothing:
    Glutamine

Not needed, but you bought it already so use it:
    ZMA
    Mass Gainer

And for the love of god, don't shop at GNC. Buy online, you'll pay half the price.

Holy crap what the hell were you thinking? Dude, seriously go return all of that. You only need 3-5g a creatine total. No glutamine. No ZMA (I'm assuming for the reason you're taking). No Mass gainer. No protein pudding. You wasted so much money.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
