Cardiovascular support, joint support, among other benefits.....I'd venture that they would be a staple in most stacks.

Oximegas are a staple of mine. If you don't have a lot of fatty fish in your diet it's definitely something you should look into.

    Edit:
and remember... not all fish oils are equal.

Many great benefits that were already listed here so I wont repeat. Another great thing about fish oil is that is very beneficial to cellular membranes. The healthier your cells membranes are the better they can "communicate" with each other and the more anabolic you can be! Fish oil is a year round staple in my diet!

How many grams of it in capsules do you guy's take daily?

A simple google search suggests if you take more than '3g of fish oil per day should be monitored by a physician' and 'If you take in more than 3 g of omega-3 fatty acids per day, you are at a higher risk of bleeding disorders. You may develop frequent nosebleeds and blood in your urine. Furthermore, you will be at risk for a hemorrhagic stroke. The high doses of fish oil can disrupt the function of the platelets and other factors, which normally help prevent excess bleeding.'

I already got a slight headache from taking 2 softgels at once,so I had to spread them 1 in te morning,1 in the evening. At least I think they were caused by fish oil.Anyway,I've read recommendations not overload on omega 3 if you're a healthy individual,to take higher doses only if you have cardiovascular problems.
