Hey Guys,
I have searched this, but there is s much controversy and conflicting opinions. Im 19 and have been training for quite a while (mostly for motocross), but have recently (few months) started taking it more seriously and have include weights into my program. Im getting some results which i am happy with. I have been using inner Armour quad protein powder after my sessions, to limit any soreness and obviously make the most of the effort i put in. My question is, is this the right type of protein for me or should i be looking to something else?
