I tried the Highway to HELL routne Friday. I must say #1 I was very impressed with how much it kicks my ass. The pumps were INSANE!! #2 it took very little time and effort to set up the equipment and do the rounds. 1st round was pretty damn hard... then it got worse. lol I loved it and will continue to use it thats for sure!

    Round 1

    *Supported T-Bar Row: 6 + 8 W/65lbs + bar weight

    15 second rest

    *Nautilus Pull down: 6 + 8 W/75lbs per side + Machine Weight

    15 second rest

    *Seated Cable Row: 6 + 8 W/80lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *Rear Delt Fly: 6 + 8 W/80lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *DB Shrugs: 6 + 8 W/65lbs

All 3 sessions I used the same weight. Ill try and go up 5-10lbs next week. I totally LOVE this routine. Its fast, furious, painful but very effective!!!

Ok finally got my videos to upload. I have done HTH twice so far and here are a couple videos of me doing leg day.

I still have to get use to the routine finding the correct weights and get use to the reps as I kept throwing myself off, but I will more than likely do this from now on.
Really loved that it kept my heart rate up, which I think my body will respond to well.

Hit the gym today feeling like a champ. My diet and training are going VERY well. Im excited to see the results i'm getting and love the way i feel. I have plenty of energy in the gym and every workout seems to get better and better. I use the HTH routine again today for shoulders, biceps and forearms. My god the burn was insane! The pumps were painful but i totally loved every second of it. Me and my training partner did 2-3 warm up sets before hitting the HTH full blast. He was hurting like crazy just from the warmups. lol

    HIGHWAY TO HELL!

*Seated BB Front Press W/75lbs.. need to go up about 10lbs next time

    15 seconds rest

    *DB Side Raise W/15lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *DB Front Raise W/10lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *BB Curl W/65lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *Rev Preacher Curl W/35lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *Wrist Curls W/95lbs

    15 seconds rest

    *Rev Wrist Curl W/35lbs

Rest 5min repeat 2 more times

At the end of the 3rd round I was smoked. My body was covered in sweat, muscles were pumped and on fire and i was ready for my PWO nutrition thats for sure. I gave 110% as I always do and it really paid off. I had a kick ass workout and felt the effectivess from it. Time now to relax, eat and GROW.

    Video from todays workout

Sorry for my long ass video. My training partner was slacking

I used it for my contest prep with phenomenal results. Adding it in at the last 3 weeks won't do a thing. You need to dedicate a full 12 weeks to this program to get the best results.

But can't I use it for a cutting phase? Instead of a "classic" superset program...

When I ran the program, I went to failure every round. I had to drop weight on the third round most times.

Sorry for that late post, but I have a question. Is this training will be good for somebody who train judo? Or I should take another workout, for example Christian's Bale lift and plyometric split? He used it when he prepared to ,,Batman".
Bodybuilding is cool, but I love also:

I'm not aware of his split but with judo, I'd say yes. The stretching will help from you getting tight.
