3 weeks out. These are taken in Malta last week. Barely able to find a well equipped gym, or reach my macro goals, but managed to get close for like 3 days of it and get a few workouts in. Drank like 3-5 drinks a night (wine/vodka diet coke/lemonade)
Was smaller, but leaner. Fell off around the last 3 days and got seriously pissed off id messed up my prep. Got 2 weeks now to get into srs condition.
Here are some shots taken every/every other day. No pump whatsoever
No steroids, ever.. no fat burners used (this time round).. No fad dieting. Just a straight up calorie deficit.
btw Malta is weird. Saw like 2 people who lift the entire time, and the rest of the time I got people staring at me EVERYWHERE I went.. not even exaggerating. Couldnt tell if mirin' or disgust. Felt very awkward tbh
