1.5 hours 4 days a week would be much better
back when i overtrained (7 days a week 1.5 hours every day) i thought i wasn't overtraining either. then i went to 4x per week 1.5 hours a day and i made so much gains it was crazy. i gained 25 lbs (mostly muscle) in a short time
i went from looking like this
to this
in just 3 months. like 25 lbs. the only change i made was my routine from 7x per week to 4x per week.
