    Today ended up being my light bench and overhead day. My weekends will be a mix of powerlifting and strongman. I am still going to have a light flat bench day on the weekend per my bench routine. I might to do it after strongman or just add another day.

    So today sucked. Just because I was tired but made it through. Going right from my last set of squats to front squats was harder than normal. Mainly because my cardio sucks. I think its a good idea for me to slowly add my normal assistance work so I don't overload my body.
