Hey my name is Kemal. I am 29 y/o. 6'4'' 258lbs. I am starting this training log to see how am progressing in my up and down training. Planning on doing a PL comp on Oct. 27th this year. Not looking for a great total but really pushing my body more. I don't know when my next strongman comp but will post when I know. My maxes as of now Squat 500 Bench 330 Dead 515 OHP 275. I have done higher on dead but not in awhile.
I am in the middle of my programs starting my logs. Next training Monday.

Went to the gym right after work. Hate doing it but have a crazy week and going to have to do it again Wed. Limited time today so did bench. Work up to 95% of max
Bench
5 x Bar
5 x 135
5 x 185
3 x 225
2 x 245
1 x 275
1 x 295
1 x 315 felt easy
10 x 225
I really dislike bench but gotta get it in.
Accessory work
3 x 5 close grip bench
4 x 10 tricep pushdowns
4 x 10 Reverse Grip Cable Tricep Extension
3 x 10 butterfly machine
5 x 8 Hammerstrength Decline Chest Press
It was an all around good workout.

This was not a good training session at all. My squats have been lagging behind lately. Frustrating because they were going so well.
Squat
Working sets
10 x 315 heavy
8 x 350 heavier
6 x 375 good
4 x 405 thought I was gonna die.
Acc.
3 x 8 Lying leg curls
3 x 8 Leg extensions
3 x 12 seated calf raises
3 x 15 ab machine crunch
Too tired to do my regular leg day. Hope next squat day will be better.
