So hack squats have successfully aggravated my right knee. It isn't swollen with fluid, it just feels tight(so maybe the tendons are inflammed?).
I am taking fish oil, glucosamine and chlorodaitine(?). I read about Collagen II and want to know if it helped anyone?
Or if you have anything better
