I am trying to lose weight and it is very hard for me to drink water by itself. It is almost impossible.
Is Sugar Free Kool-aid ok? or does it contain anything that can make me fat?

Don't worry about him. Some people are haters on anything other than water but I'm in the same boat as you, I love flavor in my drinks and sometimes waters just so boring! As long as its sugar free and has no calories, you're good to go. Someone else suggested crystal light, check it out. I think 8 oz is 5 calories and they have tons of flavors, and just about all of them are excellent. You can make them in big 2-quart or gallon batches and have them for the whole day.

Rude and Actually Its not dumb.
I just want you to know that yes I might be new to this site however
what you said was uncalled for. There are a lot of folks that cannot or will not
drink straight water. That doesn't make them stupid or dumb. Thats why folks are
here to get advice and help. And not be called rude names or put down or discouraged.
I for one have a real problem drinking straight water. That doesn't make me stupid I just
need to have something in it most of the time.
