no man, not at all in honest. maybe it was because i only gave the program 4 months but i think it may have actually hindered my squats in honest. i dont feel a lick stronger then when i started. if i were to run them again i would run a different assistance program. i liked it for deads a bunch, ohp is was pretty strong too. bench and squats not so much.

so ran to the gym figuring it would be a good warm up. even checked to make sure it was open online. got there it was closed. ran back w/ my sad face on got to my house ran into a dude i know a couple houses down. tells me there's another gym that's open, so i run there because i'm a running fool now a days. it's decent mixtre of school house boots and instructors. only 1 power rack though and then 2 squat racks.

3x8@315. couldn't be bother w/ 5 sets after running all over

I have my doubts about the BBB template being that great for strength gains, but there are other ways to run 5/3/1 as well with less volume to have more work in the lower rep ranges. I'm really looking forward to seeing the new setup you're gonna run and how it works out for you.

it probably ended up being like 2.5 miles or so, maybe 3, didnt wear my gps today. yeah me too. i think bbb works for lifts that you have a large amount of room to grow in. i'm sure there's other templates i can run to make str gains with it as well. i have the book on the way to read through it finally, i owe it that much. still from what i've read and what i know about my body and how it reacts i think i'd do best w/ a hybrid if not a program designed specifically for me.

that was some solid squats man.
I ran BBB for probably 4 cycles. I got alot more toned..but did not really increase my maxes on anything..if anything, all my 1RMs went down...but, I could rep the shiit outta something!

It didn't do anything for me on squat, bp, or ohp. Deads it worked great. Probably because they respond to low volume better.

so would post work out but during my 250 set on macenko today, some punk bumped into my bar mid rep(my spotter cought it). then proceeded to give me the whatever shrug after i confronted him about it. i was "asked" to leave the gym. couldnt record anything anyway because gym was slammed
doesnt matter really i was having an off day, buddy was pouring drinks last night and i feel like crap today. even though i only had 3, i'm a light weight now a days. f*ck you gentleman's jack.
just going to do todays work tomorrow then tomorrows wed ect

i want to see what working w/ someone will do for me. i'm getting it relatively cheap and i have the money(i'm ophrah rich!). if it's to no avail i'm going to dump it and work on the plan i was working w/ before maybe tweak some things. the rep scheme just hasnt been very responsive for me man, minus deads. it's a solid program as i've said. a lot of dudes are cranking results on it. i might give it another run at a different assistance program just not right now

Yeah, you got it on a good day then most likely. Alcohol will ruin workouts from my experience, unless you're at the peak/high-energy phase of being drunk when you work out.
