    Newbie starting out

Hi I have just started lifting recently and I'm on Week 3 day 15 of Kris Gethin's 12 week program right now. I'd like to try other programs and see what work best for me. Any recommendations? I'm trying to get from 125 lbs to 140lbs with muscle gain

I highly HIGHLY recommend Stronglifts 5x5.

    http://stronglifts.com/free-stronglifts-5x5-report/

Just DL it, it comes with the PDF for the book, and an Excel document showing you what you should be lifting. Read the book, (Not too long) and you will gain a ton of knowledge and know exactly what your doing.

    GL OP.
