Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Ulsak, impressive volume on that bench man, 6x82.5 is decent work also and a 97.5kg single - you've got that 100kg bench in you my friend. Also admire you doing those dips after all that bench, I don't my tri's would be too happy if i tried that!

Well, they are on my very limits. But I'm supposed to compete at 48 kg ( 105 lbs) so I have to keep up. I think my wrists get a good work on doing regular rows and cleans. Also I'm emphasing negatives when curling..
The general advice on dips is to try having your body as vertical you can and not get too deep when weighted. I fact, it's actually easier to keep the body vertical having a weight.
