    How to bulk during school hours

    Title says it all.. How do i bulk during school hours if teachers absolutely do not let any food in the classes. I just ended my cutting phase and I'm ready to bulk. I'm going to eat a huge breakfast each day but my school hours are 7:30 - 2:25. Lunch 12:00. Is it possible to bulk during these hourS? Im stressing out! All I know is that I'm allowed to have drinks. So I was thinking about weight gainers but at the moment I have no clue which is why I'm here! Is casein a possibility throughout the day and take a shake around 12? Please welP!

    We have 3 minute breaks between classes which means my classes can be anywhere on the 4 floors. I could have math on the 4th floor and english on the 1st.. or the basement. three lates = detention. Its actually stressful as hell. How would I eat my whole bulking meal in 3 minutes

    id love bulking during schoool instead of summer. you can get huge meals from the cafeteria. eat 1k+ in a sitting and then just eat the rest of the calories at breakfast/dinner/late night snack. if not, eat protein bars or sommin during class/in between classes

    Why do you have to eat between classes? Cant you just get your calories from your breakfast, lunch, and once you get home snacks + dinner? Not that hard

    You don't need a massive amount of calories to gain muscle just calculate your maintenance and add 300 calories. Lets say to bulk you need 3000 calories just split it into 3 meals, in the morning, lunch time, and dinner. Its not that complicated.

    yes, that is wrong. theres a reason why IF and many others work.

    you can get all your calories in 2-3 meals. you dont need to eat every 2-3 hours.

    theres also a guy that was on transformation of the week who only ate ~250 calories every day during the week and then ate like 10k calories a day on the weekend.

    its calories in vs calories out.

    I dont understand why bodybuilding.com always says to eat 6-8 meals a day when i watch greg plitt and he has 1 sit down meal a day...

    There will always be people who say one thing, and people who say the other. This site will also tell you that meal timing is irrelevant. Just do what works for you, there really isnt any benefit to eating 6-8 meals a day

    Lastly, and I appreciate the help, If i dont want to spend money on a weight gainer can I just make a nice blended shake to drink at lunch hours? The shake will obviously hit my macros and contain everything i need.

    There's always those kids in school who don't like milk or some of the food the school provides. Maybe you can ask them for their milk or have them get a tray for you! I did this last year. I would always have double lunch because one of my friends always brought home lunch.

    I've already posted this a handful of times,,, I had a full semester load of sciences and math and would have rugby practice everyday after school. I'd workout during my 30 min lunch break, heat up my meals run to and eat them during class. Brought protein shakes to drink as well. Rugby practice until 530, bus home 1.5 hours get home around 7, eat, study, and sleep. Repeat. I also went out to party often and finished my year with a 92 average.



    So shut the Phuck up and stop making excuses. Just get your ass up and do it.

    How bad do you want it? Look classes are usually 1-1:30. Pack some lunch and eat before or after between classes.

    1st = 15mins
    2nd = 40mins
    3rd = 15mins

    pretty mad actually. Get a solid ~1500kcal just at school.

    In our school we get two main breaks. One that's 30 minutes long in the morning and the other 50 minutes long in the afternoon. Plus 5 minutes in between periods. I use that time to eat the **** up

    Completely wrong. There's a sticky with studies about that that shows no difference in how many times a day you eat with the same amount of caloric intake.

    The 2-3hr thing is BS. You can eat as many times or as little times as you want. Just make sure to eat a 300-500+ calorie surplus. Easy.
