so im 15 and just entered my sophomore year after tranfering from a public school into a private school. i play varsity, as well as playing varsity last year, im a left gaurd. over the off season i made it my goal to gain weight muscle and strength so here are my results, were they average for one off season, good, or bellow average for my age?

aslo ive also started to think of what i want to acomplish next offseason although with the season started that is still in the back of my mind, but are these goals reachable?
height-6,0/6,1 or 6,2(not much that i can do for that except hope i guess)
