So in a couple of week I'm going to start a low carb diet. I was just wondering what are worst thing I could eat and to avoid on a low carb diet and the best things I can eat on a low carb diet. Also is there any good snacks or meals to have on a low carb diet ??

You don't need to go low carbs to lose body fat. Oftentimes that's actually detrimental to your loss as it brings out the cravings. Op listen to the advice above.
At 15 you have no reason to be engaging in such an eating strategy, (macro restriction) especially at 6' 188. If you want to learn to compose a varied and enjoyable diet then you can do that in the stickies above. You likely should consider increasing your activity if I'm guessing.
