    it seems like u'll gain some fat in that diet
    i'd go for a solid 3k cals

    haha i honestly just wanted everything in place so i dont over or undereat before i was eating 1500 cals less then i was suppsoed too and had no idea

    Honestly it is more like a try/error thing, i'd start at 3k and go up from there till i start to see fat gains, it takes a while. But again, you could just aim for the 6k cal and make him happy.

    all I do...
    is eat everything whole wheat and eat a lot of fkn protein.

    i eat breakfast, skip lunch, and then eat whatever I want for dinner+dessert+midnight snacks.

    Also, all these mentions of "clean" food in this thread make me crack up.

    OP, just eat. Get approx 170g of protein a day and just eat. Go off calories. Thinking about macronutrients all the time just complicates everything. Eat what you want within reason.

    Bro just 1g to 1.5g of protein per bodyweight. Any excess protein isn't needed. Go with 0.5g of fat per bodyweight and fill the rest of your cals with carbs. But honestly just eat whatever you want. Preferably "clean" foods. Happy bulking brah
