which one should i get? are the scales acurate? and what about the digital calipurs?

I have an older (3years+) Tanita and the thing isnt very accurate. However, it is rather precise.
It is good if ya just wanna measure your progress. For example, it my say your are 14% (when calipers say 12) but when you actually lose 2% it will display 12.

Calipers are far more accurate that Bio Electrical Impedance testers. Also, the scales are much less accurate than the hand held devices. Lastly, if you are anywhere away from the "average" body weight and height, then a BEI tester is not going to be accurate because it calculates the body fat perecntage by calculating from the averages.
