5x10 barbell curl, 5x8 concentration curls, 5x8 alternate hammer curls will smash your biceps, do this twice a week.
5x12 weighted dips, 5x8 tricep raises (heavy weight, so you can barely hit that last rep each set), 5x8 skull crushes will do wonders for your triceps. Also twice a week. Logically, do these on chest day. You better have a chest day.
I suggest you read a LOT more and work out a full body split, 4 or 5 times a week. Or, alternatively, start a pre-established routine (I suggest an SS type routine).

No offense but a six pack doesn't mean your big or strong.. I'm not saying you aren't but you can't relate on that. You should train all your body not just arms, or you'll end up regretting it big time. Even if your legs are big, there's no way they're are gonna keep up if you don't train them. Lift and eat.
