Ive been going to the gym for about 6 months now and i am currently at 73kg (160lbs) and 184cm (6ft 7/16 inches)
I have been bulking since March and have gained 10kg (22lbs) since i started.
since summers coming up, i was just wondering whether i should continue to bulk through summer, or cut for the summer?
