What's the best alpha method for dealing with bros that encroach on your space? Like, as in stealing your 45's and doing pull ups with their crotch in your directly in your lifting space.

When people move to take my 45s I just say "hey bro, I'm still using those" but it's really only happened once. I generally have a "don't fck with me" look on my face when lifting. #allbusiness

I was gone at the time, but apparently my wife went and picked up two more 45's directly after they took them and slammed them on the floor with a bert stare. Proud of her..

It was a general proximity thing, where I was gearing up for my heavy set of rows and I have to deal with some bro's funky-ass silk short smell hovering a couple feet to my left. Just find it rude, not to mention they were shaking the **** out of the powercage.

Sounds like a Show of Force is neccesary. Take up as much space as you can, make sure you are in his way, and for the grand finale, ask him to work in on a set that he is doing, double the weight, knock out a few reps and just walk away.

Pretty much me at the gym every day. The only people I occasionally talk to are other regulars, but that's few and far between. The bad thing about working out at lunch on post is a bunch of "try hards" who come in randomly or once a week in groups of 3-5 and talk for 80% of the time they are there.
