Weight: 151.8
No gym today just packing for school and spending time with the family. We went out to dinner and then had tcby afterwards. I had a chicken sandwich, fries, nachos, and the froyo(with a lot of toppings) afterwards. I saved the majority of my calories for this but I know I still went over by a goods margin. I know the scale isn't going to treat me well tomorrow but hopefully it'll level back off in a few days.

Weighed in at 156.0 today im hoping to get under 153 by monday but first night back at school as a senior some drinking may take place lol
