    Fat loss/muscle gain stack?

    So I have been lurking on the forums here for a while and decided to post in search for some advice, I'm 18, weight 140, height 5'7, will this routine/stack work for me? My main goals are fat loss and muscle gain:

    Sunday, Tuesday Thursday:
    7:30 AM
    Caffeine
    Green tea pills
    Yohimbine HCL
    Vitamin B6

    8:30
    Breakfast
    (With coffee)
    Fish oil

    12:00
    Lunch
    Fish oil

    6:00
    BCAAs pre lifting
    FBW

    7:00
    Post workout:
    Whey
    BCAAs
    Creatine

    9:00
    dinner
    Fish oil

    Monday Wednesday and Saturday:

    7:30
    Vitamin b6
    Creatine

    8:30
    Breakfast
    (With coffee)
    Fish oil

    12:00
    Lunch
    Fish oil

    6:00
    pre cardio:
    BCAAs
    Green tea pills
    Yohimbine hcl
    Caffeine

    7:00
    Post cardio:
    Whey and BCAAs

    9:00
    Dinner
    Fish oil

    Friday, rest day:

    7:30
    Creatine
    Caffeine
    Green tea pills
    Yohimbine hcl
    Vitamin b6

    8:30
    Breakfast
    (With coffee)
    Fish oil

    12:00
    Lunch
    Fish oil

    9:00
    Dinner
    Fish oil

    Breakfast lunch and dinner are not my only meals, I throw some snacks in between there aswell.
    Some more info:
    I never surpass daily fat or calorie needs.
    Always surpass protein and sometimes carb needs.

    First off, choose one or the other. Fat loss or muscle gain. At 140lbs, I'd recommend muscle gain.

    Keep:
    Protein
    Caffeine
    Creatine
    Fishoil

    Drop:
    Yohimbre
    Green Tea
    B6

    Personal Preference:
    BCAA

    Head over to the Nutrition section and read up on the stickys. Then head over to Workout Programs thread and read up on AllPro Beginner lifting.

    Alright thanks for the help ill go check it out.
    Oh and I figured vitamin b6 along with creatine for its essential amino acid and protein metabolizing properties..(biology class)
    And am I taking everything at the right times?

    Follow what the bottle(s) instruct and you should be good to go. Fish Oil will probably only need to be dosed once in the morning.

    Creatine can be taken whenever, but I prefer preworkout
