So I have been lurking on the forums here for a while and decided to post in search for some advice, I'm 18, weight 140, height 5'7, will this routine/stack work for me? My main goals are fat loss and muscle gain:
Sunday, Tuesday Thursday:

Yohimbine HCL
Vitamin B6

Breakfast
(With coffee)
Fish oil
12:00
Lunch
Fish oil
6:00
BCAAs pre lifting
FBW
7:00
Post workout:
Whey
BCAAs
Creatine
9:00
dinner
Fish oil
Monday Wednesday and Saturday:
7:30
Vitamin b6
Creatine
8:30
Breakfast
(With coffee)
Fish oil
12:00
Lunch
Fish oil
6:00
pre cardio:
BCAAs
Green tea pills

Post cardio:
Whey and BCAAs

Dinner

Friday, rest day:

Green tea pills
Yohimbine hcl

Dinner

Breakfast lunch and dinner are not my only meals, I throw some snacks in between there aswell.
Some more info:
I never surpass daily fat or calorie needs.
Always surpass protein and sometimes carb needs.

First off, choose one or the other. Fat loss or muscle gain. At 140lbs, I'd recommend muscle gain.
Keep:
Protein
Caffeine
Creatine
Fishoil
Drop:
Yohimbre
Green Tea
B6
Personal Preference:
BCAA
Head over to the Nutrition section and read up on the stickys. Then head over to Workout Programs thread and read up on AllPro Beginner lifting.
