I basically make 'pudding' (or sludge) every time I use my protein powder.. Never have shakes anymore.

Just throw a couple scoops into a bowl, and add small amounts of milk (or water if you want) and stir with a spoon until all of the powder is mixed in and smooth, and it comes out exactly like a pudding consistency. And then throw it in the fridge/freezer for a bit to chill and thicken up a little more. Delicious

I saw two different recipes for pudding when I was rummaging through protein food pictures a few weeks ago.

    Banana Cream Protein Pudding Pie:
    Keebler low fat crust
filling = banana cream pudding mix + 4scoops trutein banana cream protein + almond milk
1 sliced banana for the bottom and top layer
almond milk+half scoop vanilla trutein + half scoop banana cream trutein fluff on top
    125g protein, 33g fat, 150g carbs

banana cream pie pudding- 1 scoop Trutein banana cream protein powder, 1/2 cup blended cottage cheese, splash of almond milk. Topped with organic creamy peanut butter.

I make protein pudding using Jello about once a week. Get the sugar-free flavors and mix one box with 3 scoops of protein in how ever much milk you need. I use almond milke, which works just fine. It is a great dessert.

Been doing it for many years. Since the original metrx came out. I tend to use a protein blend over straight whey since the caesin thickens it up a nicely. Xf, myoplex and metrx is what I use most
