I was considering increasing the weight next week but only on my first set to see how it goes.
if my right glute is truly stronger than thee' left then it will have little to no effect in muscle growth thus the left glute will be more fatigued if that is true.
do you think this is true and should i try this??? please reply. time is running out for me how long do you think it will take for me to fix this completely?
