Ok so this is going to be my new journal and I am going to stick with it. I recently lost membership to my gym(parents had family YMCA membership) so I no longer have access to weights except for one 35lb dumbbell. So until I can pick up a good bench and adjustable dumbbell set I'm stuck doing calesthinics. Of course I'll be adding weight to all the movements so hopefully I can still continue to see progress until I get some weights. Will start workout Tommorow.

Ok so time to get creative until I get some weights.
Normal push ups: 3 x 8 + 45lb backpack
Incline push ups(feet up on bed): 3 x 8 + 45lb backpack
Chair dips: 3 x 10 + 25lb firesafe
Dumbbell curls: 3 x 8 35lbs
One arm shoulder press: 2 x 8 35lbs
Close grip chin ups: 2 x 8
Wide grip pull ups: 2 x 8
Uneven pull ups: 1 x 4
