if you don't know i lost much amount body fat last time it maybe individual but
1.you can target those fatty areas more then others
example: i was at 15% body fat and had abs like on 10%
2.more calories you cut more faster you will loose fat
huh it's true believe me but here comes bad part (skin loose ,stretch marks, weakness mood changing)
3.you will never get rid of fat cells
that's mean you cant eliminate your fat forever don't try to kill fat lol
4. it takes long time believe
it takes very very log time for your body to understand that you are not fatty anymore for example joe is fat guy he was at 21% droped 10% in 2 months if joe starts to eat normally after he will get fat (if he never was on that %)
5. fasting weight loose is the best thing you can do
1.fat cells detoxing
2.leptin doing he's job
3.metabolism raises
4.you feel great
6.calorie deficit is calorie deficit ( if you don't have any goals)
eating 900 calories of chocolate is the same as eating 900 calories of egg whites you will still loose weight "(not fat) depends what person want's i know some people who don't want to be a terminator guys just want to be normal this advice for them
7.always be afraid of getting fatter again because joe who was fat all he's life can easily transform from fit joe to fat
you can avoid this by building muscle and exercising some time ))
8 don't listen to anyone even yourself during weight loose
write on paper what's your goal like i wrote i want to be a fit guy 130 lbs with 6 pack abs in 5 months for example this helped me a lot why?
here comes joe and says dude you are fit enough stop losing weight and here i am standing on scale and i am 145 lbs joe no i am not fit enough that will be my answer
second case i tired of dieting and my other fatty part says **** this diet let's eat normally or 1 snickers won't do anything. my answer gtfo i got my plan and nothing will make me change my mind
so i think that's all keep it up
just do it

In the OP's main pic he's not 8% BF but looks more like 5-6% (look at the stomach veins) so I give him credit for that but he's taking it way too far.
He's 5'9" 130 pounds with 11 inch arms. At 5'9" you don't set a goal of 130lbs as it's in the unhealthy range for his height. I know my weight is "too high" for longevity and optimal health.
The "worlds fastest" marathon runners in the 5'9" height range are 20-25 pounds heavier then him. If anything 130lbs is reducing his athletic ability in every sport including long distance.
Quote: "Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by immoderate food restriction and irrational fear of gaining weight, as well as a distorted body self-perception."

I take back what I said earlier after looking at your before picks and that you eat 3-3.5K calories per day. Great job on the weight loss and dedication to you're training. If you add back about 20 pounds of that muscle you burned off you'll actually be a faster swimmer and runner. Some of what you say is getting lost in translation but it's not a big deal. Check the stats of the worlds fastest triathletes and distance runners. The 5' 9" guys weight 20-25 pounds more then you and that extra muscle will give you faster times. It will take time to add it on but it's a great goal and the chicks will also love it.
Look at this pic: Sorry I can't post links yet:

Ask anyone here (including girls) and May 2012 was your peak in physical looks. Anything below that and you'll drop strength and peak conditioning.
This is where you should have stopped cutting as the rest of your cuts were burning mostly muscle.
With your cardio if you up your calories to 4-4.5K a day, you'll get faster and put on some muscle.Last edited by Technologist; 08-21-2012 at 08:20 PM.

I think the OP's height might be 3+ inches on the optimistic side. That's why we can't grasp the 5' 9" and 130 as it does not compute.
Also look at his May progress pictures and tell me he didn't "stack on muscle" that month?
Even his weight jumps on his chart. Some crazy fast changes in short time frames. Does anyone see really odd things in his profile.
Like how does he drop a huge amount of fat and his shoulders grow 3 inches and his neck grew? Cycle?
What am I missing?

Quick gains can happen after a cut. I'm not even questioning the gains just why you don't look only 130 lbs.
I'm 268 lbs and could jump to 280 if I added creatine as I hardly eat meat.
Something in the height, weight or conversion seems off as you look way bigger then 130 pounds for a 5'9" guy?
Are you converting Kg's to pounds as just 2 pounds to Kg instead of 2.2056?
65 Kilos would be 130 when it's really 143.4 pounds.
And 11.4" on your arms. They look way bigger then 11.4"?
Most of what I'm saying is a complement so don't take it wrong.
Look at Serpentarius in this thread, He's 5'9" and has 30 pounds on you but you look very close in overall size.

His english isn't the best so I take a stab at what I think he meant but in a longer version.
Fat soluble chemicals and heavy metals are stored in body fat and excreted via bile. When we diet, those shrinking fat cells release toxins.
He also mentioned Quote: "you will never get rid of fat cells"
This is partly true as adipose tissue can shrink dramatically before dying. Some cells die in starvation but most just shrink.
So if you become obese and triple your fat cells, most will still remain even when you've completed your diet.
They'll just be smaller but total number of fat cells will be close to when you were at your highest weight.
