in all honesty it doesnt even look like you've picked up a weight before. stop worrying about what your bodyfat is and what your weak points are. this far along, everything is a weak point. bulk or lean bulk? what kind of question is that. just eat good food, you need it. and your legs are solid from playing football? that doesnt mean ****, you need to be hitting them hard in the gym too. worry about weak points when you've actually built a foundation. thats like worrying about what color your curtains will be before you've even built the house.

Hey man good work so far, but at your age I wouldn't worry about lagging parts. Just concentrate on your compound lifts, eating and overall growth You're starting at a good age and have many years of growth ahead of you. Just stick with it and worry about those lagging parts after a few more years if lifting.

oh god, are you on the rag or something? surprise, i was right, he hasn't picked up a weight before. if someone is discouraged by honesty, then they arent cut out for bodybuilding. i made extremely valid points. plus im sure you wouldn't call me a "*******" to my face, so go ahead and "neg" me all you want, it wont get you in better shape.
