Hey, I cannot decide If I have Gyno, or just simply have bad genetics that just deposits alot of fat on my chest, as when i lose weight, my flabby nipple area does decrease slightly, yet I have hard muscle underneath, and all around my chest area. However, My issue is trying to fix this problem, I know that if it is fat, then the only solution is to drop my body fat, and if it is gyno, well basically im ****ed :L aha. But anyway, My question is if I was trying to cover up my pointy chest as much as possible, would it be better to work on a bodybuilding style routine, with high reps and lower weight, to build the size of my chest and try to up the muscle ratio, or would it be better to go with a SS/Madcow style of routine, increasing my stength and making me more bulky I geuss? Which one would hide the problem the most effectively? thanks again¬
