So today just got in the Bcaa plus and would like to thank formutech for sending this out to me and giving me the chance to try it out ! And today had my first day of training with it

ITs got your basic bcaa's plus some beta alanine b6 and glutamine and some creatine o-phosphate
HOW I MIXED IT TODAY
Intra workout with 35 grams of vitargo and additional 5 grams of glutamine(my normal intra workout supplement) so this was added in
TASTE-nice sweet, not overpowering not sugary, texture was easy to mix didn't stick to teeth or feel gritty like some supplements do!
Overall good workout today trained delts and did the following workout
Side laterals 30(8)by 4 sets 35(8) for 2 sets 40(8) for 2 sets-trying some high volume stuff to shock the muscle
Dumbell presses-80(12)85(10)90(9)80(11)by 2 sets-super tough after the laterals
Cable rear laterals -3 sets of 12
Smith machine behind the neck press 4 sets of 8 super slow and controlled
finished with some 1 arm smith machine shrugs 4 sets of 12
and some barbell shrugs 4 sets of 10
then did 15 minutes of stepper were i burned 270 calories
all in all good workout!

Crazy back workout
Dumbell dead stop rows-3 sets with the 100's for 10 reps. Dead stops are hard as hell because all your momentum is gone
In the corner tbar rows with 25's-6 25's on the bar for 3 sets of 12- Smaller plates give a great ROM
Nautilus Machine pulldowns 3 sets of 15
HAMMER ISO ROW MACHINE-fav gym machine 3 sets of 10
Tbar pulldowns SS with MEADOWS ROWS- meadows rows are legit, one of the best back exercises IMO
overall a lot of volume good endurance finished with 15 minutes of the step mill loved it great workout great endurance!Trying to improve day in and day out.

training hams + glutes with my 260lb buddy
So one of my closest friends drove about an hour to come train with me yesterday and we went through hell
He is getting ready for the NPC mr buffalo, and he is currently 6"4 260lbs

We did seated leg curls with added resistance 4 sets of 13
Stiff leg deads with a swing to the front at the bottom 4 sets of 10
Single leg standing leg curls 4 sets of 8
Jefferson 3 sets of 10 each side
Occluded Seated leg curls rest pause style
overall , good workout really had a good pump and wasn't tired at all, was real good to train with him as wellTrying to improve day in and day out.

Sick leg workout with bands
leg press with bands insane 5plates, 6plates 7 plates for 9 reps used elite fts bands(completely different), last set triple drop
squats 315,365,385,385(6) last set dropped to 315 for 6
occludded extensions 4 sets of 30 reps rest pause style
Banded one legged leg press 4 sets of 8
standing leg curls 4 sets of 12 last set triple drop
adductor machine 3 sets of 15
took 1.5 scoops of bcaa today
taste was stronger was great plenty of energy didn't want to stop working out thats for sure

EGS
had a crazy leg workout today
Squats-315,335,385,415,445,445 455(4 reps) nice to go sort of heavy again since hips been messed up
Banded(light band, average and medium band) so all 3 of them, 4plates, 4plates, 5plates, 5 plates for sets of 7 then last set double drop set
LEg press with bands is insane, totally different
leg extensions plus partner pushing down to add resistance on the way down-5 sets of 12 reps
stiff leg Deads with light bands -145 3 sets of 8
Standing leg curls with medium resistance plus 10lbs a side- 4 sets of 8
Seated leg curl 4 sets of 12-15
Overall sick workout, loving the bands!
still at it with this supplement
so far so good taste great, endurance is good right up there with the other bcaa products, I like that it has
creatine o phosphate and glutamine and beta alanine all around good product this farTrying to improve day in and day out.
