    Russianlove - I AM JUGGERNAUT




    DAY 1: ARNOLD

    Ok Juggernauts I'm back. My head is in the game and I am ready to go. In my first attempt, I was in the right mind for working out. But I wasn't ready to commit to eating clean and frequently or drinking enough water. But this time I've got it.

    goal
    120 lbs.

    current
    150 lbs

    plan
    • 5 days a week work out
    • 120 grams protein per day
    • 70 grams carbs per day
    • 35 grams far per day
    • IL Juggernaut HP Crimson Punch Flavor (10 for: Flavor, mixability, pump, effectiveness)
    • IL BCAA Powder (10 for: Mixability, effectiveness, recovery)
    • IL Glutamine Powder (10 for: mixability, effectiveness, recovery and over all immunity)
    • IL Infinite Force Watermelon flavor (only been using this 2 weeks but 10 so far for: Mixability, flavor, effectiveness, afterwork out pump)
    • IL Carnitine MTX (I'm not sure about this product - thought it was weight loss? I haven't lost weight with it. Did lose weight with Phenyl Core thought, switching back ASAP)
    • IL OxidaneX (10 for: effectiveness, vascularity and water weight loss)
    • IL Whey Isolate Vanilla Flavor (10 for: flavor, mixability, effectivenes)

    Work Out: LEGS
    • 20 minutes stair climber cardio
    • Squats (regular stance) 50 lbs 3 sets 10 reps
    • squats (legs together) 60 lbs 3 sets 10 reps
    • calf raises 3 sets 20 reps at 130 lbs
    • leg press 3 sets 10 reps drop set 130 lbs, 100 lbs, 90 lbs
    • lying leg curl 3 sets 10 reps at 60 lbs
    • leg extensions 3 sets 10 reps at 90 lbs
    • sitting leg curl 3 sets 10 reps at 120 lbs

    Prior to vacation, I got into habit of eating every 3 hours and counting carb, protein, and fat intake. Today unfortunately I didn't plan accurately so my eating was as follows

    11 am: tuna on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, olives, pickles and an apple.
    3 pm: half serving of almonds
    8:30 pm: grilled chicken with brown rice
    gallon of water

    In spite of how little I ate today, I have felt awesome and am looking forward to my 6:30 am work out in the morning!

    im sore as hell! my work out routine i've been doing that my trainer gave me has my back sore. I've been working out 2 years an have NEVER had a sore back from lifting weights. i'm really loving it

    I am so sore from Monday and Tuesday's work outs! It is insane. It sucks but I love it, y'all know what I mean Sadly my personal training sessions have come to an end. I can't afford to buy more right now and I think the work out's he's given me are an awesome start of a routine. I'll just be focusing on buying my IL products

    School starts tomorrow so I got my food prepped for a full day tomorrow. I'm taking tomorrow as a rest day as well. Going forward, I'm going to aim to make Tuesdays and Thursdays my rest days, as those are the days I have school and I wake up at 5:30, get to class at 7:30, leave school by 10:30, get to work by 11:30, get home from work about 7 pm, start cooking dinner, doing homework, and working on my 3 online classes. I won't have motivation to go to gym after all that. But Monday, Wednesday and Friday, no school in the AM so I can wake up early, hit the gym, go home and do homework and online classes, and be to work by 11:30 am. Plus of course weekends are free time for gym and school work. I think I've got a plan. Have a great night JUGGERNAUTS

    Legs for me was Monday so by today they're losing the sore feeling, but I chalk that up to my IL BCAA powder How are your legs? I always hurt after leaving the gym on leg day and think, it's only going to be worse when I wake up tomorrow!

    Today I woke up planning to go to the gym. My friend just moved to my side of town to go to the same college as me and she said she wanted to check out my gym and get a membership so we could go together every day. Well, we got the guest pass offline and when we got there, the front desk unfortunately was really rude to her so we ended up just leaving. I'd stop going to that gym but it's the closest one to me for a few miles and well I don't want a far drive just to work out. We've made plans to try again tomorrow. Today has equally sucked and been fun. It was fun due to it being the first day of school and my best friend now goes there with me, so we hung out all day. Sucked due to my attempt to get coffee this AM and the ignorance of the people who make the coffee, then the rude behavior from the gym "customer service" desk. But tomorrow is Friday, last day of work week, and I have high hopes good night juggernauts

    Yesterday my friend and I were going to hit the gym (she got the required documents needed to obtain her guest pass that the customer service desk lady told us to get) when I got home from work at 7. Unfortunately, I gave in to peer pressure and we went to the country bar instead. In my defense, the three of us gals danced until our clothes were soaked and bullets of sweat were dripping down our faces and necks lol and still guys were tryin to hit on us in that state! the 3 of smelled soooo gross. I was really proud of my arm and leg strength. I was doing great at "going low" and tightening my thighs to support the move lol at one point we ventured to the ritzy side of town and went to a night club where the security said we deserved to be in VIP (we noticed the other girls in VP were half dressed, which explains how they got in there. The 3 of us were wearing jean shorts, cowboy boots, and tank tops under western shirts - so not showing skin (besides thigh as the boots covered calves) so we kept saying niiiice we got in here for being PRETTY lol) and in the VIP my friends and I got up on the tables and there were bars on the ceiling to hold on to. I was pretty much being a loser doing half assed pull ups (cuz i'm not strong enough to do the unassisted kind) but being "dancey" about it lol I was still proud of my progress since April, as I'm sure a year ago I wouldn't have been able to do that. I can't dance for **** though, so we agreed that a fun exercise activity to do besides just hitting the gym would be to take country dance classes. Over all it was a good day and night. In the ritzy side of town, people kept saying HEY cute boots! to the three of us. I'm a redneck so I didn't care but my friends were like oh god why did we come to this part of town looking like hicks from the country!

    Today my friend says she WILL hit the gym with me. I haven't worked out since Tuesday (and I meant to only have Wednesday as my off day) but we've agreed that since her pass is for 7 days, we're going every day that pass is valid for

    • push up position row, curl, press 8 reps using 12 lb dumbbells
    • medicine ball throw down 20 reps
    • dumbbell squat swing 20 reps using 12 lb dumbbells
    • wrestlers 20 reps
    • bicylce 20 seconds
    • side lunge with 12 lb dumbbells 20 reps
    • plank to push up 20 reps
    • medicine ball diagonal squat to raise 20 reps per side
    • russian twists 30 reps
    • push press using 12 lb weights 20 reps
      finished with 3 sets 20 reps per side oblique crunches using 25 lbs and 3 sets 5 reps of downward leg lifts (was supposed to do more but my abs were resisting)
    This exercise is done boot camp style I'd call it. You go through the whole list as fast as you can with as little rest as possible. Then take a couple minute rest and repeat the list twice more. It took me about an hour and I was pouring sweat so bad I couldn't even see. Need to look in to taking a towel to the gym

    today's work out was made even more awesome thanks to this song


    Food
    • 11 am: bagel with low fat cream cheese (i wanted some extra carbs for the gym)
    • 3 pm: brown rice, grilled chicken, black beans, pico de gallo (only ate half)

    • 9 pm: popcorn at the movies

    My friend sucks. She didn't answer my calls, texts, or ******** message to go to the gym, so she missed out on a super awesome intense work out I had planned. It is a work out my trainer made for me that I really love. It's a full body type work out, which I felt yesterday was a great day for seeing as I missed Thursday and Friday gym days (wednesday was my official rest day). This morning I'm feeling it in my butt, upper thighs and hamstrings, calves, lats, triceps and abs

    Before the gym, I mixed it up and added my BCAA powder to my Juggernaut HP. That went well. After the gym, I mixed my Infinte Force and Glutamine with my IL Whey Isolate. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, but upon finishing it, my stomach was extremely bloated and I felt nausous. It was so bloated even walking hurt and I couldn't suck it in. I kept burping a lot and that helped some. My boyfriend said it's from putting the 3 powders together (usually after gym I drink my infinite force with glutamine seperate from my protien) but like I said, I'm not sure if it's coincidence or the mixing of the 3 caused it. Any ideas? I even thought I was feeling nausous and bloated from being hungry after an intense work out but I got my brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken and pico de gallo and had to force myself to eat half. I ended up spending an hour and a half laying on my back in bed. I woke up this morning feeling much better.

    This is from this morning and as you can see, my stomach looks much better Really feeling that ab work out!

    He may be right. I wouldn't mix the whey with Force. You can mix glutamine or BCAAs with either, but there is enough BCAAs in Force.

    That sounds like a crazy workout! Great way to keep the heart rate up!

    I'm thinking it may just be a coincidence. Especially if you pushed yourself as hard you did. I mix my powders all the time and nothing negative ever happened to me yet so I dont have to chug 2-3 glasses of water in one setting lol
