Hey guys,
I'm 5'6 weight about 160 pounds. I started working out about 3 months ago.
I have been on ripp and has gotten great gains about 12 pounds gain and manage to drop from 18% bf to about 16.7%.
Anyway my question is since i start lifting all my lift has been increased in weight.
From nothing on squat to about 185 pounds now and about 210 pounds on my dead. Anway my problem is with the Military Press. I somehow never gone pass 45 pounds. I tired to reset it a few times but nothing seem to change i still get stuck at around 40ish.
Is it weird to have such a big different on weight with my other 2 lifts? and why i'm i not able to increase the weight?
My shoulder however has gotten alot wider and look alot more strong/bulker.
Anyway any advise would be much appricated.
