I actually rarely neg at all unless I think someone is putting an actual effort into being an ******* and use ar least half the daily allotment to be helpful to my impoverished brethren.

I think you'll find that the more reps you have the less negs you're going to get too- chronic neggers enjoy getting a lot of 'bang for the buck'.
