Yeah I have a feeling that that 60 seconds of rest is going to happen for the first 2 sets and then the next 8 will take 3 hours, lol.
Its also a typo on my part. Its 10 sets of 5, which is going to be even more fun.
I will do it as a front squat, my wrist just hurts too much to get into position to do a real front squat and I need to start front squatting more.

11/27/2012 Inverted Jugg method 10's wave accumulation
Lots of foam rolling and mobility work today, hips where tight as hell.
Squat:
5@bar
5@135
9X5@225
AMRAP@225 Got 10, wouldve had a few more, but
This was supposed to be done with 60 seconds in between sets. Didnt even come close to that. By set 4 I was wheezing and needed a diet coke. I started to just take a few minutes between sets and then I took 5 before my AMRAP set. My foresight to move the trash can next to the rack was a solid choice. My legs feel like rubber and are shaking and pulsing as I type this. Been a long time since I felt like this.
Leg Press:
3X10@sled+200
Zombie Squats:
I tried to do these and couldnt get into position without the bar choking the hell out of me. Will try again on a day when I have more gas in the tank.
Notes: Solid day for me, squats where easy as far as weight was concerned and bar speed was good, but my conditioning sucks.★cVc★

12/1 deadlifts at a crap gym
So had a work trip last night, got a few hours os sleep then hit the Gym in this tiny one horse town. Gym is not horrid for being tiny, but i had no stuff with me so deads where tougher than should have been. Bb i used was smooth and had no straps or chalk.
Deads:
135X5
225X5
8x5@245
Some cable rows for a few sets
10 minutes in sauna
Done.
Notes: couldnt hang onto bar to do rdls or shrugs so just called it good. Easy peasy workout.★cVc★

12/5/2012 TJM Intensification 10's wave Squat
Was kinda sick yesterday and decided to skip the workout for a day. Went in today and smashed stuff
Squat:
2X5@45
1X3@135
1X3@225
9X3@250
250XAMRAP (GOT 8).
Did all sets with 90~ seconds rest. Had I rested fully before my AMRAP, I think I would have gotten 12 or so.
10 minute break
Leg Press:
2X20@300+sled weight
Single leg press:
2X10@sled weight with each leg
Hyperextensions:
2X8@ bodyweight
Notes: Happy with todays workout. Only downside is I had to squat in front of the mirror, which I hate doing. I also got some lulz watching a guy 1/4 the bar on the smith machine next to me.★cVc★

12/6/2012 Misc upper day
I had to work this morning and got off early so I hit up a misc upper body workout. I pushed my wrist to see where its at annd it felt pretty good. Heavy stuff still hurts a little which is to be expected. I will try some other exercises next upper day and see what bothers it so I can avoid it for awhile.
Incline DB Press:
30X10
40X10
50X10
60X10
70X3*
Started to hurt a touch on least set so I shut it down. Can you tell I dont use DB's very often?
1 Arm DB Rows:
70X10
75X10
80X8*
I didnt want to beat my back up too much before I deadlift tomorrow
CG Machine bench press:
2X25@100lbs*
Just trying something different. Should have just done pushups as these where pretty worthless other than a little tricep pump.★cVc★

Because the guy is f*cking handsome. If I looked like Austin, I'd stare at myself every time I was by a mirror too!!!!
Austin...your lack of man pouch disturbs me. If you're advising me to go into dreamer bulk mode...then you at least have to grab a fork and a gravy ladel and lead the way!!!!!Better Body Sports

12/15/2012 Deadlift Realization 8's wave
I had terrible DOMs from squatting so I had to wait an extra day to get my deadlift session in. It went pretty well today. My son was a wake when I went to the gym so he went with me and palyed games while I lifted.
Pipe Roll, mobility, blah stuff
Deadlift:
135X5
225X5
Add straps
315X2
325X15
*Stopped at 15 so that I can squat on Monday. I felt like I could have easily went to 20.
RDL:
315X3X3
Shrugs:
225X3X5
Notes: Good wave of deadlifts.★cVc★

Moving Forward
Alright so I am gonna skip this first deload. I am only doing this because I deloaded all summer and I fell really good still. I am going to add in a purpose driven upper day as well and keep moving towards my goal of being back in the gym 4 days a week.
Monday-Squats:
I am moving squats to the 5's wave with a training max of 393, which is 20lbs heavier than my 10's wave.
Assistance will be leg press and the stepmill for conditioning
Tuesday-Incline Bench Press:
Going to start on the 10's wave with a training max of 185.
Assistance will be chins, strict press(maybe), and 1 arm rows.
Conditioning will be treadmill sprints
Thursday or Friday-Deadlifts:
Deadlifts will be moving to the 3's week. My training max will be moved up to 435, which is 25lbs heavier than my starting point.
Assistance will be RDL's and shrugs
I will not do conditioning here as I plan on doing events the next day.
Saturday-Events:
Now That I am officially furloughed, I have time for Saturday events day. I am going to hunt for a contest to train for after this is posted.★cVc★

I forgot to add in this. I can officially announce that I have quit chewing tobacco. Havent had a dip in a month, dont miss it at all, dont ever want another one again. I am trying to start my new years resolutioning off a little on the slower side so that I dont try to change my entire life at once. This years official resolution will be to lose 15lbs and to hit 1 p/l meet at 242 and one strongman comp at 231lbs

yes!
congratz on quitting. i love the buzz that stuff gives but quit because the come downs caused sadness and my mouth was hurting/bad taste in throat afterward
i should do a $20 push/pull meet, even though its only gonna be like 500 lbs., just to get out and do something/be involvedThe muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.
