Honestly with my schedule being the way it is, its gonna vary wildly. I have been working Sunday afternoons, Tuesday midnights, Thursday days, and even that isnt very solid. My plan is to low carb on my off training and off working days with the possibility to doing a backload if I get called in for work. I plan on doing a moderate backload the day before and day of a workout. The only time I wont backload would probably be if I skip a session or on Sundays. I am still getting used to it and sleep was hard to come by last night. I was busy with thoughts flying in my head about meal ideas and training and a 2 year old kicking me in the balls 15 times.

Just make sure you're getting at least 175-200g of fat on your no carb days or you might go Chris Benoit on everyone in Iowa.

are you kidding me?
i just cut down from 190, it took 2 years to get there from 135
i'll hit 200 for the first time maybe NEXT spring, not this coming one
but realistic goals for march/april is clean to strict press 150 both ways back to back(first underhand, then overhand)
and 20 reps 225 on the squat(hams to calves, no rest pause)
yeah, those are my goals... bodyweight? maybe 175
also get a better squat rack so i can load 300+ without breaking
plus other equiptment(swiss bar, plates, sled)
maybe start a log. but 200 lbs bodyweight? nah, manThe muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

10/30/2012 SS week 2 a workout
So I missed my A workout on Friday so I just started again today with my A.
Squat:
2X5@45
1X5@95
1X3@145
1X2@185
3X5@235
*Squats felt crappy today even though the weight wasnt difficult. My wrist is still killing me.
Bench:
2X5@45
1X5@95
1X3@115
1X2@145
3X5@165
*Still really easy and still really painful
Deadlift:
1X5@315
1X5@345
*Decided to drop this a touch for now. Should have worked up to my top set better, but there was a dude doing something that resembled deadlifts and already had 6 plates on the bar so I just started rippin and tearin.
Notes: Bodyweight right at 247, not bad after my weekend binge for my birfday. This is the lightest I have consistantly been since I did my first cut in 2008. I feel strong, just need some nagging stuff to get better.★cVc★

Bout time?
Kinda 20lbs is about right for the 5 inch height difference between us. When I have abs, you can call me skinny.
Thinking about doing my B workout today because I feel alright. I will be skipping cleans though as my wrist hurts like crazy. inb4 crippling DOMS★cVc★

2X5@45
1X5@55
1X3@70
1X2@85

like 10 pounds barbell bench reverse wrist curl and 20 pounds barbell bench wrist curl
**i take no responsibility for any further damage resulting from these exercises. do them at your own risk**
