12/18/2012 So I guess I am deloading after all
So I had planned not to deload. Apparently my gym doesnt like that idea because it is closed until Sunday now because they are moving. Originally they where supposed to be closed for 24 hours to do the move, but something about the door key and security, blah, blah, and blah.
Also I went to the doctor about my wrist yesterday as it has been bugging me again. Was told the normal stuff, dont lift too heavy, squats are bad for knees, typical doctor crap. Wrist has carpal tunnel symptons but he didnt want to go all the way and say thats what I have. He told me to rest it completely, wear an uncomfortable brace, and take a crap load of NSAIDS. I am going to take his advice and rest my wrist for another wave of jugg method. I want this healed up so I can do some comps this year. I will still do another misc upper day, but there wont be any push exercises in it.★cVc★

Here are a couple of things to read about and then see for yourself.
Vitamin C heals at the cellular level. Many say, and it always happens when I speak to groups, will say C for immunity. The liver loves C so I can see that but, look at what it's really doing. It strengthens the circulatory system and connective tissue, it really helps the healing process with connective tissue. However, the 250 mg dose is like pissing in the wind. You need much more.
Cissus is a great joint/healing supplement.
There are all sorts of herbal things that will be much easier on you for inflammation. White Willow Bark, Bromelain, Boswellia, Clove,m Cayenne, Ginger....all of these things will help with inflammation.
You're spot on with a healthy oil and you might even use Coconut oil in addition.
