You are your brand. Deaton is a decent last name. Do it brah. Read "Selling The Invisible" by Harry Beckwith and he goes more in depth about this topic. Awesome book that any entrepreneur, salesperson or businessman should read anyway.

I did the survey but out of all of them I would choose #2. I agree with some of the earlier posters that it might sound like a tanning salon, so you would need to convey the strenght, performance and fitness tagline into your logo somewhere.
