I've been taking Syntha 6 for about 2 months now and I've enjoyed it. It's taste and ease to dissolve is among the best I've had and I want to try something different that's around the same price. Aside from Myofusion(don't want the new version) there's not much choice. Should I just stick with Syntha 6 or give Trutein a shot? It's blend of Whey, Egg and Casein looks pretty good.

Most Syntha-6 flavors are top notch. If you're able to fit the macros in, go for it. I haven't been disappointed with any flavors that I've tried.
Trutein is more cut friendly, and also tastes pretty good. Cinnabun, Banana, Vanilla and Choc PB are outstanding.
You should also consider XF UP2.0. Best flavors on the market. Protean is really good as well.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Any chance you can tell us a flavor or two that will be released early?
Seriously can't go wrong with either. Syntha 6 imo is the best tasting protein I've tried yet and I've tried a little bit of everything. Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate mint, and chocolate cake batter are the ones I've tried and I enjoy all of them(chocolate brownie batter the most). Trutein also has excellent taste and I'd say is worth it if you don't want to fit Syntha 6 into your marcos. Trutein flavors I enjoyed were chocolate banana, cinnamon bun, and chocolate peanut butter. Chocolate dipped strawberry was so-so. Imo, it all comes down to calories and macros.

try pasteurized liquid egg whites with caramel 100x better and lighter than any protein powder on the market and at least the eggs are fda approved who knows what type of oat flour these 40 year old virgins are packing their tubs with.

I'd say it's about equal if you calculate cost to serving ratio.
However, it does depend on what you're looking for. In my opinion there's no point in taking in a protein shake with more calories than required because you can always add full-fat milk if you want more calories, or peanut butter, or whatever floats your boat. I'd personally go with Trutein cause like other people said it's more macro-friendly, and therefore more versatile. Plus Trutein is 24g / serving versus the Syntha-6 23g / serving. Not much of a difference, but I'm sure you understand what I mean.Dirty Leb Crew

I personally prefer Syntha's taste over trutein. Trutein was good, but something about the taste didn't work for me (and i ordered a bunch of sample packs). Taste is subjective and most people who have tried trutein love it, but not me. Plus you can find really good deals on Syntha once in a while but Trutein is always a little pricey.

Agree with pretty much all of this. I love the taste of Syntha-6, but it's not as macro friendly as Trutein or some others out there. UP2.0 has heavenly flavors, but again, some folks find it difficult to fit in the extra fat (I force it in!). I haven't tried Protean yet, but I've got a tub of Vanilla Mint Swirl in my cabinet.
