    doooood.... talenti is completely worth the calories! i basically bribe myself with it to eat healthy all day so i can have as much gelato as possible at the end of the day ha. worked great last cut!

    Haha, that was only after lunch. I get the majority of my calories in the afternoon/evening after the gym and update as I go.
