    My appetite is killing me.

Im currently doing Insanity, and I'm only on my 5th day, but im starting to realize i will not get to far with my eating habits. I constantly want to snack or eat, and i have been trying to follow the serving sizes but that doesn't make stuff healthier for me.

Im currently waking up, doing my insanity, pounding down my Creatine, then showering and then drinking my protein, and was wondering if there as any good appetite controllers i could throw into my mornings to help me out?
The only reason I really want something is because i know i need to lose this body fat before i can start cutting. Im probably around 20% body fat, and when im doing cardio to loose body fat, eating it right back later isn't going to get me far.

You're going to have to track your macros and be diligent in eating at a caloric deficit. We do have a pretty good product that has helped push me through when I was feeling hungry, Fat Free. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

    Try Craze.

Not only does it offer a ton of focus and endurance benefits for working out, it literally kills appetite for the day.

BTW, start cutting now, if only a little. Cutting is the most effective way to lose body fat. Exercise will only get you so far, unless you want to run 10 miles a day, every day.

Cardio exercise is preferred by tons of people. I can easily eat my maintenance and run on an eliptical machine and end up at -500 cals. Better yet, eat at -250 and walk on an incline treadmill for 30 mins.

Eating a caloric deficit is just as effective as doing cardiovascular exercises, it just depends on the person and their preferences.

ive been on a cut for like sixx months and yes it does suck not eating n ****, my best advice is to just eat more stuff that is healtier for you and will actually fill you up my thing is peas broccoli and green beans, could eat like 5 cans of green beans and only use like 300 calories lmao, but also drink a ton of water, if your not drinking enough water you could be mistaken your hunger for your thirst, alot of people do this

I've never experienced appetite suppression from LX, and pretty certain it isn't designed to. While LX is an excellent product, you may want to look at stacking it with something else that has that property.

Fat Free is pretty dope. Try it out. (Not a sponsor, but AppNut also has a fairly decent AM/PM stack - Lipotrophin that may be worth looking at).

Eating at maintenance and doing 30 minutes of Cardio a day will usually put you around a 300 to 500 calorie deficit, depending on your level of activity (I've found). You will lose weight doing this, just as you will if you simply don't eat that food. That's the point I'm getting at.

And yes, you're right, it does cost a bit of extra time.

Not a single person read your post. Listen mang when you exercise it creates hunger, hunger is a good thing. You need to eat to lose weight let it go for a while and after two weeks than see what the results are and go from there.

It doesn't help that i quit smoking too, the same day i started Insanity, which alot of the time i could smoke and then not be hungry, so thats something thats bugging me as well.

I will keep fighting through this, i'm going to start drinking ALOT of water and when im hungry try just a few grapes and some water and what not.

I've been doing Insanity for the last 8 months, and I've done Insanity: The Asylum for over a year now.

I've seen a few people in this thread recommend Craze, by Driven Sports, to help with appetite control. I agree with that. Craze is AWESOME at killing the raging appetite that Insanity brings on. And it helps me have killer workouts, too. Great focus, great intensity, great performance - every time.

Pick up a tub of that and use 1 to 1.5 scoops, empty stomach, as soon as you wake up. Wait 20-30 minutes, start Insanity. Raging appetite problem solved following Insanity.

Lean Xtreme is not the solution here. Crippling cortisol is not a good idea, despite common belief.

Your appetite, by the way, is going crazy because your metabolism is revving up. This is very common. It means your body is burning through a sh*t ton of calories. Use the guide that came with Insanity to calculate your daily caloric intake. You should be eating a lot, and when you hit month 2, you'll be eating even more to fuel your performance.

Make sure you take some before and after photos and get yourself an Insanity T-shirt.

Yep. You're making two massive lifestyle changes at once. That'll be rough. Get your ass a patch or some nicotine gum to calm the cravings. Buy the generic, store brand stuff. Way cheaper than brand name.
