    fish oil experts GTFIH!

    Ok we all know you need a massive amount of EPA/DHA to really receive the benefits. NOW brand has the best amount of EPA/DHA for the money but I've heard NOW's stuff is all made with synthetic chemicals or something in labs and no real "natural" ingredients coming from nature. I don't know how true that is but if anybody wants to dig deeper and find that out I'd love to know.

    also, I care about quality more than I do the price.. so someone suggest some brands and the prime minister would also like to know where to get it.

    I think at the end of the day all these supplements: protein, vitamins, mineral, creatine, etc. are synthetically produced. EPA/DHA is the main EFAs lacking in one's diet.

    -Just eat a lot of fish oil pills or
    -Eat natural, wild, cold-water fish but risk mercury buildup/toxin contamination

    LOL, flax seeds have ALA which can convert to EPA/DHA yet only a minimal 10-15% of it can thru human processes. You are still lacking EPA/DHA thru that.

    Look at the link in my post (or just the quote at least), then check the epa/dha content of the fish oil in question (and figure out if it's worth it on a cost basis).
