Should i do cardio on rest week?

Should I not be doing cardio on my rest week? I start my week off tomorrow and hate that I need to take a week off because i will feel so lazy. But I was wondering if doing light cardio would be fine like going on a bike or eliptical.

You build muscle on those rest days. But it's personal preference as long as you make up for those lost calories.

it really depends on what your goals are. if you're trying to build muscle (bulk) then get in the extra cals lost through cardio. i would keep it light and do maybe 2 - 3 sessions not more than 30 mins low intensity. it's always good to get the blood flowing
