    Getting fat while bulking?

    I've been bulking for a few months now and my waist size has gone from 32 inches to 34 inches and i weigh 150 pounds. I look in the mirror and i now have a bulging belly whereas i didnt before. I drink lots of water and i dont drink any alcohol, do drugs or eat bad foods.

    I eat around 3000 calories a day and do rippetoes 3 times a week but i haven't been doing any cardio.

    My daily meal plan consists of :

    Breakfast: Oats in milk and 3 scrambled eggs, 2 yolks.

    Meal 2: Banana, wholemeal sandwich, can of tuna and handful of almonds

    Meal 3: Wholemeal pasta and chiken breast, tablespoon of olive oil

    Pre-workout: Whey mixed in milk and glutamine.

    Post workout: weight gainer mixed in water/oats and a banana

    Meal 5: Brown rice, chicken breast and handful of almonds.

    Meal 6: Cottage cheese and tall glass of milk.

    What am i doing wrong, is it my diet? Am i eating too much? Or should i be doing cardio on off days? I started bulking up because i was sick of looking sickly skinny but now i just look like a skinny fat kid.

    How much wieght did you gain? If you are getting to fat reduce your calories a little. 3000 might be too much for you.

    You ate too much, happens to me everytime and thats why my bulks are shorter and cuts longer = less progress. But just try to eat less and calculate your team so you can safely cut down to desired weight before summer(?)

    dont bulk fast do a lean bulk. By ur activity and weight ur maintenance is around 2400 no? 600 surplus will gain u fat lower cals to about 2700.

    I've gained about 5kg since i started around march. I don't really want to start cutting because i've gained nowhere near as much strength as i had hoped for. I had trouble increasing weights on my lifts and was told i needed to eat more? If i cut down my calories to 2700 would i be able to do cardio on off days?
