I'm back. I was at a friends house from Tuesday to Thursday celebrating his bday. We ate some bomb food as celebration. Lifted today after not lifting since Monday. Workout was kinda meh and I don't remember the numbers. I did my usual Friday workout though. Squats sucked because my quads were dead from playing full court basketball yesterday.
I got madden 13 and I must say it is very good, and the physics are superb. No physical excersize outside of lifting today. I tried the new crunchy pb clif builder bar today and it is hands down the best protein bar I have ever tasted.
Rest day tomorrow, and also Michigan wolverines football Go Blue! Some friends are holding the inaugural fish fry/potluck on Monday which means I will be eating some fried fish with plenty of fresh onion rings and maybe fries. Mmm beer batter.

Good day today. For my workout I decided to just do deadlifts and bench press. On bench press I got 127lb + bar for 3 reps, then a set of 1 rep, and then one more set of three WHOO!! The highest I got on inclined bench was 75lb + bar for 5 reps which sucks but it is what it is. It actually felt great to change it up and focus on bench and DL, and also those numbers aren't all I did I did warmups for each as usual and obviously other working sets not listed.
My mom baked up a bunch of chicken breasts so I'll have an easy protein source for the next few days.
Rest day tomorrow so that'll be nice.
Attempted a power nap before I lifted today and it worked perfectly I felt much more alert and it was only a 17 minute nap. After I woke up from the nap I grabbed a cup of coffee and that combined with a nice nap felt amazing energy-wise and really helped during my lifting session.

OOPS just realized I put 127 lbs for my regular bench. That's not right I actually can't regular bench because my pressing bench is stuck in the inclined position. I meant to put deadlifts at 127 in the original post.
The 75lb inclined bench and the 127 lb deadlift are right just not the reg bench because like stated I can't.
I feel really stupid right now lol. I guess I need to double check my work when I'm posting later at night haha.

Good rest day today, only physical activity was playing some basketball.
I mainly wanted to post THIS I took an old talenti container and put in: vanilla ice cream(actually frozen dairy dessert meh), peanut butter, oreo's, an oatmeal raisin cookie from subway, and some whipped cream, it was BOMB.
I just gotta get psyched for tomorrow's workout.
Edit. Wow that pic sucks, it was obviously taken with a potato.

I hit deadlifts and abs today, it's all I could get in before having to go shopping for a bday present for my dad.
I got 127+bar for 4 reps and then reset and got one more rep. My lower back looks kinda rounded in the video but my form felt great so I'm kind of confused.
Video is of me doing the aforementioned dl's
