But, what would you do in these situations: It's 3pm, still hours until dinner and just a few removed from lunch and your stomach's growling, do you have the willpower to just ignore those hunger pangs? How about when you're out with friends and they're having a big ol' pizza and some beers, think you can resist?

2) It's an evolution of knowledge. What you're doing now in terms of exercise, diet and training is all going to seem like broscience/dumb 6 months from now, the more you learn. But, you have to stick with it. Constantly work to make your diet and routine perfect, it never will be, but it can always be better.

Congratulations on having the courage to start, let's see the commitment to finish. Much luck brah, measly reps.
