What should I look for in a MultiVitamin?

I have to say, I really liked anavite when I was on it. Always thought it was pricey, but right now it seems to be of a similar price. It's weird, I hate ba tingles in a pre, but it was light enough in anavite that I actually enjoyed it. Overall I like he extras in it that seem to hep with endurance in the gym.

Over all the good words spoken about Orange Triad, I myself have never tried it.

I'm using Animal Pak currently and I have used it many times in the past.

Orange Triad is amazing and it's more then just a multi. Have gotten a couple of friends to try it themselves and now, like myself, it has become a staple.
