Yep thats fine. I personally got better results taking it when putting the whole scoop straight in my mouth and drinking it down by adding water/ juice into my mouth. Mono can be taken 4 times a day 5mg a serving for the first 5 days, and after than twice per day, either first thing in the morning and post workout, or pre and post workout. ALWAYS make sure you take it post workout.
To get any benefit with this, you also need to be drinking around 3-4 litres a day of water alone, minimum.
In future you may wanna consider grabbing some Creatine Ethyl Ester as its purer, doesnt need loading, and has no side effects.

3-5 grams a day (timing doesn't matter) is enough as creatine saturates in your muscles, in my experience you won't get that much faster saturated if you load and it costs more in the end.
Just stick to 3 - 5 grams a day, on a moment that's convenient for you.ส็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_ส้้้้้้้้้้้้้้้้้้

No need to load creatine, its absolute waste. Take it with something that will raise your insulin levels and make it easier to transport into your cells. There is still a lot of debate over what the best mechanism to do this is but we do know that both simple sugars and whey proteins help increase creatine uptake, cough Hydrobuilder post workout... but thats just what I take

3-5g per day, no need to load or cycle off, 1-1/2 gallons of water per day depending on your physical activity

As everyone else has said (with the exception of those that don't know), there is no impact to your body by loading creatine, the only impact it has is on your wallet. Why make your body process more than it has to for no benefit?
Anyone who tells you that there is a loading phase is probably going to follow up with a sales pitch.
