Army has been a good experience for me, been in 6 years. Been through alot of ****ty stuff but traveling (besides Iraq), and having a steady check every 2 weeks has made up for it. Also have made some lifetime friends.

so, was this a douche move or not?
a troop of mine came back from reclassing into an MI job. while at ait he was in an inappropriate relationship with an iet Soldier, meaning he was nailing her, probably.
that was right before i came to the unit.
he gets busted down one grade to E-4 but when he returns to the unit his les and erb are unchanged. so the psg and i decide, hey, we'll just wait it out, but the BC starts asking questions.
so i get a hold of the jag office down there and get the proof of his article 15 and turn it in to the 1SG and s1.
i did kind of go out of my way to find out this info but i didn't think it could have been avoided.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ★cVc★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

ya the date it was effective was beginning of last month. it really only took me about 4 phone calls over 10 mins, then waiting for the clerk down there to email the paperwork.
i guess i could have waited on my company clerk to find the same thing, or find nothing. seems like it would have caught up with him eventually.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ★cVc★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

i think he means he gets worn out.
just do more. something simple like sets of 5 or 10, alternate exercises for 5-10 mins to start.
working weights helps a lot as well. do a few chest exercises, starting with lighter weight and higher weight and progressing up to heavier weight for fewer reps. i like to keep it simple with sets of incline bench, moving on to dips, and then tricep work on a cable maching, with various ab exercises in between.
finish with regular old pushups and situps.
something that really helped me nearly max situps with minimal effort was doing sets of different types of leg lifts. supposedly those help lengthen the hip flexors to make the movement much easier.
